The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. I loved that there were quiet lounging areas and a nice pool to relax by after a long day. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn't take away from my positive experience.

That was great hotel set in very very nice area, not far from Restaraunts, Walton beach and good eating places. I appreciated the room, it was brand-new and included with music, a movie. A microwave and a refrigerator were available too.

The room was newly renovated so everything was in pretty good shape. We overnighted on our way west to TX from FL It's near the interstate and convenient.
Had to look hard to find the Hotel sign the temp Day's Inn sign was not visible from the main road.

This hotel was not a true Days Inn. They dont say that when you book it. They don't tell you this is an old aquired hotel (from the Choice chain I beleive) when you book online. Booked.net is deceiving people to book this old, smelly, rundown hotel for this price. The price of $69 a night is way too much for the location, decor, cleanliness, and value of this hotel. The front desk staff was so "helpful", she gave me the phone number of Booked.net so I could cancel my reservation. She would cancel if they approved it. When I called Booked.net they would approve but had to ok my cancelation with the hotel manager first. So when they called the lady at front desk declined my cancelation. I was forced to stay or loose $69. The hotel was so noisy, at all hours (3;30 am) of the night we could easily hear the people ("gang bangers) outside drunk, yelling, and slamming doors. Then in the morning about 6:30 a man started his truck (which had a business sign on the side that was "Green contractor") and left it running till 8:00 then turned it off and went back to his room. The room smelled awful! The furniture looked like it came from 14 different garage sales. There was no coffee maker or Iron in the room, which when you pay $69 a night you expect and receive fron all other hotel chains. The hotel La Quinta was around the corner and was the same price. It was the real deal. I enquired and many other hotels in the area were nicer looking and $45 to $59 per night. This Day Inn was an older hotel of some other name and had just been aquired by Days Inn cause there was a canvas sign laced over the other hotel name sign. This hotel was so old that the concrete under the drain for the airconditioner where it drained had eroted the concrete. It was not the nice new and modern Days Inn we were used too. But you could not tell that when you book from Booked.net online. This is were deceiving of Booked.net!

Hot Room, But Clean
Got in around 2am, and the front desk was locked up, super annoying after a long drive with kids. Took forever to get our key, and the room had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. At least the shower was nice and hot! Oh, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.

Easy access from highway, modest price, free parking and free wi -fi, clean room, in-room refrigerator and microwave.
I had to move rooms 3 times upon check in. First room had a plumbing problem, second room had a non-functioning a/C. 3Rd room was acceptable, but even there, the telephone didn't work. The facility needs some serious upgrading.

Clean, upgrading rooms for promising future stays, friendly front desk, convenient short 15 minutes to french quarter round. Wat-mart restuaraunts shopping across the street. Simple, basic amenities very economical
Mid morning thumping of above remodeling, construction debris on sidewalks, old A.C., safe, etc Parking lot needed paving, sealcoating or something to freshen it up to match the building.
